Credai Punjab is a central Punjab building and construction industry association. Its primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the building and construction industry and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, legal services, industrial relations, building codes and standards, industry economics, and international relations. Known as “the voice of the housing industry,” PCBA is affiliated with several state and local homebuilders associations in and around the State of Punjab. Credai Punjab promotes quality housing and strives to create membership value and a favorable building climate. The Credai Punjab promotes the value of new homeownership and endeavors to enhance the positive image of our members and the association within our community. The Council provides successful governmental lobbying efforts and strives to limit burdensome regulations and requirements involving the Building Industry. Support the building industry’s effort to enhance the economic growth and quality of life in Punjab. Promote the highest standards of professionalism for the betterment of the building industry and those we serve. Provide leadership, education, technology, and necessary services to improve the skills of our members and the quality of their products. Enhance a cooperative relationship between government, the community, and ourselves.

Credai Punjab is a trade network comprising professionals affiliated with the building industry. Its mission is to promote the industry, encourage the highest professional standards, and provide a forum for the exchange of information.
